Creighton’s Crazy Egg Cafe and Coffee Bar is now a Warsaw staple. Under the design direction of Mindy Truex, VP and operating manager of the cafe, the place boasts of it’s trendy farm style ambiance with a little rustic side serving farm-to-table menus. Robinson Construction carefully considered all of Mindy’s sense of style and executed the construction to follow the client’s vision. Attached to the large cafe is a 300-capacity venue open for events like weddings and corporate gatherings.
